Beet/Carrot/Ginger Kvass is one way to ferment vegetables and get a good probiotic drink. It helps to aid in the digestion process. When I first learned about Beet Kvass I tried to buy it on Amazon Prime. It was there, but very expensive! I kept searching and read that I could make it at home for much cheaper. Score! All I needed were organic beets, carrots, ginger, water, and salt. Beet Kvass and Carrot Kvass can also be made on their own. I wanted to add these three together for added flavor.
